Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Register your team by September 29, 2016.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Attendees are to book their reservations directly with Hyatt Regency. NO OUTSIDE BOOKING COMPANIES have been contracted to assist with reservations.  If you receive a call or email from an outside booking company, do not reserve through them.

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans at a special discounted room rate of $249.00 (excluding taxes and fees).

To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at (888) 421-1442 and request a room in the PayThink 2016. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is Friday, August 12, 2016. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
