To ensure proper printing in our Show Guide Attendee section, please register your company staff members by this date. Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by September 6, 2013.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

SourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at the Bellagio for the nights of October 19-23, 2013 exclusive to conference attendees. When booking your room, please be sure to reference ATM Debit & Prepaid to receive the discounted room rate. Rooms will be available on a first come first served basis—there's no guarantee that rooms will be available after the cutoff date of September 25, 2013.

FREEMAN will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning SEPTEMBER 20, 2013 at the above
address. Materials arriving after OCTOBER 16, 2013 will be received at the warehouse with an additional
after deadline charge. Warehouse freight will be delivered prior to exhibitor set up. If warehouse freight
has to be moved in on a weekend in order to be in the exhibitors booth for move-in day, an overtime
charge may apply. Warehouse receiving hours are 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited material handling services at the facility, all exhibitor freight
should be sent to the Freeman warehouse.
