STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING CLIENT AUDITS
In today’s compliance environment, receivables management firms often feel like they spend all of their time performing client audits rather than their core function. They seem to be asked variations of the same questions by multiple clients, creating a revolving door process with each client.
This session will teach agencies how to proactively answer compliance and security questions before they are asked. Agencies will learn proper risk assessment methods to accurately and confidently report their compliance information to stakeholders.
In addition, this session will share productivity tools meant to optimize the organization of documentation commonly requested. These tools will provide agencies with the ability to map their answers with the questionnaires.
