A predominant trend in recent years has been the rise of social networking platforms, their rapid adoption by various demographic groups, and the cottage industries that have sprouted up in response. Bridgeforce will discuss potential uses of social media across the credit life cycle and will also provide insights from the Future Leader Forum.
