One of the highlights of the ATM, Debit & Prepaid Forum is the annual Network Showcase, providing a unique forum for financial institutions to hear directly from the market’s top thought-leaders.  This keynote panel discussion brings together the heads of the leading U.S. payment networks to discuss and debate the most pressing issues facing the industry.  Some of the key topics to be discussed include:

  • At the one-year anniversary of debit interchange regulation, what happened?  What is happening now?  How might revenue for issuers, both above and below $10 BN in assets, continue to evolve?
  • Every debit card now needs to participate in two unaffiliated networks.  What network selections did issuers make?  How has transaction routing changed?
  • Several networks have announced rule changes related to EMV.
  • What are the benefits (and costs) of implementing EMV?  What actions should issuers and ATM deployers be taking now?
  • Looking forward, there’s considerable interest in mobile payments.  How might mobile payments alter the traditional debit business, for issuers and acquirers/merchants?
  • What’s the outlook for the ATM, debit and prepaid markets?
  • Where are the greatest opportunities for financial institutions?  Which network represents the best partner (and why)?
