Head of Credit Card Product Management and Acquisition, TD Bank
Troy Dennis is head of US Bankcard Product and Marketing for TD Bank, joining in September 2014. Prior to joining TD, Troy was Product Group Director at Elan Financial for US Bank. In this role, he lead product development and pricing strategies for Small Business, Emerging, Affluent customer segments. He worked closely with the payment networks to expand product capabilities based on customer needs. He was responsible for leading the launch of American Express for Elan (US Bank). His key focus was on building strong products with clear consumer value to increase usage and spend within the bank card portfolio.
Before that, Troy held several leadership roles with JP Morgan Chase leading acquisition and product development for Mass, CoBrand, and Affluent customer segments. He was responsible for the acquisition launch efforts for Chase Sapphire in all channels. His focus was building Chase branded products for the affluent segment with focus on digital, regional and retail channel distribution as key channels for growth.
Previous positions before joining Chase included customer service, credit, analytics, portfolio acquisition evaluation, roles with MBNA (Bank of America) in Wilmington, Delaware.
