Head of Credit Card Product Management and Acquisition, TD Bank
Troy Dennis is head of US Bankcard Product and Marketing for TD Bank, joining in September 2014. Prior to joining TD, Troy was Product Group Director at Elan Financial for US Bank. In this role, he led product development and pricing strategies for Small Business, Emerging, and Affluent customer segments. He worked closely with the payment networks to expand product capabilities based on customer needs. Troy also was responsible for leading the launch of American Express for Elan (US Bank). His key focus was on building strong products with clear consumer value to increase usage and spend within the bank card portfolio.
Over the past 15 years, Troy has held several leadership roles. At JP Morgan Chase, he managed acquisition and product development for Mass, CoBrand, and Affluent customer segments. As well, he was responsible for the acquisition launch efforts for Chase Sapphire in all channels. Overall, his focus was building Chase branded products for the affluent segment with focus on digital, regional and retail channel distribution as key channels for growth.
Additional experience includes customer service, credit, analytics, portfolio, and acquisition evaluation, roles with MBNA (Bank of America) in Wilmington, Delaware.
